Liquid cooling, from first flush to stable operation.

DiMaria Enterprises is the home for projects from someone who commissions liquid-cooling systems and builds the field software, hardware, and open designs that come out of that work.

01 · Work

Three projects, all born on the job.

One turns field work into finished records. One turns a bill of materials into stocked shelves and filled carts. The third asks what a data center looks like when the building is the cooling system.

eFlush App

From the loop to the finished report, without the desk work.

Field records for liquid-cooling loops: flushes, passivation, fills, materials, time and chain of custody, logged on a phone and turned into finished reports. Runs in the browser on iPhone and Android, works offline, and is in free beta for cooling and commissioning companies.

Shop software · Builds, stock, orders

Shop Inventory Manager

Build lists in. Carts out. Stock tracked.

For shops that build the same thing more than once. A bill of materials becomes a build with sub-assemblies, shared stock, order lists rounded to pack sizes and a price model. Each supplier website gets one button that fills a cart at the right quantities; suppliers without web ordering get the order email written for them. Nothing is bought by the app; you check out.

Project Starburst

A data center that cools itself with its own walls.

An open-source concept for a radial, liquid-cooled data center: twelve rack arms around a central flue, heat rejected through the building facade, no cooling towers and no on-site water use. The text and drawings are released so engineers can build on them and point out what has not been figured out yet.

02 · About

Chemistry first, then the systems around it.

DiMaria Enterprises grew out of field work on liquid-cooling systems for data centers: bringing cooling loops from design intent to stable operation under real site conditions, where pressure, flow, temperature, redundancy and the paperwork that proves it all have to line up.

The projects here come from that work. When a job needed a record that did not exist, the answer was field software. When the shop kept ordering the same parts for the same builds, the answer was inventory software. When the same question about the building itself kept coming up, the answer was an open design. Each one is built on the side and released on its own terms.

DiMaria Enterprises is an independent venture. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any employer, previous or current, and nothing on this site speaks for them.
